不是很久，只有兩年，領匯的問題已層出不窮。違反承諾、逼走／懶理商戶、瘋狂加租加停車費。請願、示威、罷市、慢駛，居民怨聲載道，去樓下飲茶都被趕絕咁濟。
兩年前，一班老人家出來反對政府將公共資產私有化，為的是希望「人人安居樂業、生活平穩笑呵呵、有工開、有飯食」；有人話佢阻人發達，孫局長話合法合法，說穿了，就是香港政府繼續讓有錢人「合法」地發達。
現在，讓我們聽聽老人家的說話，「一齊傾下，組織下，睇下有什麼可以做吧！」

Millions of problems of the Link have been raised in only two years: promise-breaking, compulsory removal/ ignorance to tenant, drastic increases of rent & parking fee, etc. Residents expressed their discontents by different ways: petition, demonstration, strike, slow drive, etc.
Two years ago, a group of elderly stand for opposing the government to privatize the public assets. They stand for a stable life to everyone. On the other hand, Micheal Suen, secretary of the former Housing, Planning and Lands Bureau, only stand for the rich.
Let us listen to the views of the elderly now. “Let’s discuss together. Let’s organize and see if anything we can do.”
